JOB SUMMARY:
The Network Coordinator will support the daily management, maintenance, and reliability of SicanguCo’s network and technology infrastructure across all locations. This role provides technical support, assists with network troubleshooting, and helps maintain secure and efficient systems that support both for-profit and non-profit programs. The Network Coordinator requires strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure staff have dependable access to technology and connectivity needed for daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network & Systems Management
Monitor, maintain, and support network systems, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, and connectivity across locations.
Assist with system setup, configuration, updates, and routine maintenance.
Support optimization of network performance and reliability.
Assist with forecasting network and infrastructure needs.
IT Support, Troubleshooting & Coordination
Provide on-site IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Set up and maintain office technology (laptops, printers, TVs, etc.).
Act as liaison between staff and IT vendors for escalated issues.
Support onboarding and offboarding, including system access and equipment setup.
Assist Helpdesk Technician with escalated network-related issues.
Documentation, Training & Security
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and system records.
Assist in developing user guides and troubleshooting documentation.
Support employee training on systems, tools, and IT best practices.
Assist with basic cybersecurity measures, including updates and access controls.
Promote IT security best practices and maintain confidentiality.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma/GED required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of hands-on networking or IT support experience may be considered.
Practical experience with network systems, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support strongly preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
COMPENSATION:
Pay based on education, qualifications, experience, and salary history.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
