The Rosebud Economic Development Corporation (REDCO) has one (1) board vacancy of an at-large position. Pursuant to the REDCO Charter, Article XI, this notice expires, within fourteen (14) days of the date published. REDCO Board members are selected by Tribal Council. At-large Board member positions are 4-year terms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuant to the REDCO Charter, Article XI – Selection To Board, section 11.2; Applicant must have an extensive business background, education, or experience. Any person who previously served as a director but who was removed for cause or subject to any other prohibition for serving as director shall not be eligible for office.

SELECTION PROCESS
Resumes & Nominations will be received by REDCO CEO, Clay Colombe.
The REDCO Board of Directors will use a rating system to rate the resumes and nominations. The top-rated recommendation and all resumes/nominations will be given to Tribal Council for review.
Tribal Council will review the resumes/nominations using a rating system and take into account REDCO’s recommendation to appoint the new REDCO Board member.
