Request for Bids: 2026 Hay to Be Put Up on Shares – 5 Center Pivots and Corners
Rosebud Farm Company (RFC) is accepting bids for haying on a share agreement for the Summer 2026 season for 5 irrigated center pivots in Todd County, near 6 mile corner on the Lakeview/Crookston Road. Offered in two groups take 1 or both.
Group 1: Pivots 1&2 with corners ~320 acres
Group 2: Pivots 10,11&12 with corners ~480 acres
1st year newly planted organic alfalfa with oats as nurse crop.
RFC will pay for irrigation electricity and soil amendments.
Lessee Responsibilities:
• Cover all costs: machinery, fuel, labor, supplies
• Bale in large round bales with net wrap (large squares acceptable if approved)
• Stack RFC’s share of hay at locations designated by the Agriculture Coordinator
• Share bale counts and removal schedule with RFC before hauling
• No subleasing or subcontracting without prior written approval
• Lessee’s share of hay must be removed by December 1, 2026
• No grazing, farming, or other land use included in this agreement
