Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in job postings on various platforms.

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Onboarding:

  • Help Facilitate new employee orientation and training sessions.

  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

  • Maintain new hire records and documents.

  • Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee files in the HR database (Workforcego).

  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports as needed.

  • Benefits Administration:

  • Support employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment.

  • Assist in the coordination of employee benefits programs.

  • General HR Support:

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist with performance management processes.

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • Help Schedule trainings, professional development

  • Support Front Desk as needed

  • Assist when needed at front desk.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

COMPENSATION:

This is a full-time permanent position. The HR Assistant position will be compensated between a range of $15-16 per hour depending on qualifications.
