Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in job postings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding:
Help Facilitate new employee orientation and training sessions.
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain new hire records and documents.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee files in the HR database (Workforcego).
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports as needed.
Benefits Administration:
Support employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment.
Assist in the coordination of employee benefits programs.
General HR Support:
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management processes.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Help Schedule trainings, professional development
Support Front Desk as needed
Assist when needed at front desk.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Skills:

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time permanent position. The HR Assistant position will be compensated between a range of $15-16 per hour depending on qualifications.
