Rosebud Gardens is the Rosebud Sioux Tribes premier Cannabis Company with a retail and cultivation facility located in Mission, SD. Responsibilities:
· Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc.
· Responsible for maintaining quality product while researching daily quotes.
· Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the workspace while performing trimmings
· Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas.
· Regularly cleaning scissors using assigned and provided cleaning materials.
· Communication and compliance
· Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
· Work with management to ensure all steps are being taken to ensure company compliance.
· Take instruction and follow directions as delegated by managers to complete weekly team quota.
· Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Experience in a complex, fast paced environment.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Works in timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
· Maintain culture of professionalism
· Current MED badge
· Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, while using scissors
· Regular and on time attendance.
· Reliable Transportation
· Must be able to individually lift 50 lbs.
· Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Experience:
· Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
· Prior Experience Trimming or Harvesting preferred but not required.
Licenses:
· Tribal MMJ employee Badge (must be able to obtain a badge prior to beginning employment)
Qualifications and Education:
· High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
· Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Tribal Marijuana ordinance.
· Must understand basic computer functions, Microsoft Office, and Cash management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
