PAY RANGE: $19.71 - $23.07 per hour

Job Summary

The Growth Marketing Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and increasing marketing performance across Sicangu Co’s for-profit entities. This person will

analyze trends, monitor key metrics, support product/service launches, and work closely with the marketing and business operations team to translate insights into action. This position will be filled at Tier I or Tier II depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and professional growth goals.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

● Support development of annual and quarterly marketing strategies for each for-profit entity, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.

● Analyze marketing data and customer insights to identify high-performing channels, audiences, and content types.

● Recommend data-informed adjustments to messaging, campaigns, and promotions.

● Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and local media).

● Assist with managing paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, and local outlets), including monitoring spend and optimizing ROI.

● Conduct A/B testing and channel performance reviews to refine creative and messaging.

● Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, etc.) for each business.

● Report on campaign results, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics to the Director of Marketing and business leads.

● Evaluate marketing return on investment (ROI) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

● Translate data insights into visual, accessible summaries for internal teams.

● Support new product or service launches through marketing planning, rollout, and performance evaluation.

● Manage or support updates to websites and landing pages in collaboration with the design and marketing team.

● Track SEO and website analytics to improve visibility and conversion rates.

● Monitor email performance (open/click rates, conversions) and support email campaign execution.

● Recommend digital growth strategies (social, web, email, etc.) based on data trends.

● Work closely with the Director of Marketing and business operations leads to align marketing efforts with business goals.

● Collaborate with the content creator/social media manager to ensure consistent messaging and effective use of marketing channels.

● Support vendor coordination for local media buys, printing, or promotional campaigns.

● Help create marketing content such as ad copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates that align with each business’s goals.

● Collaborate with the content creator, designer, and business leads to develop engaging materials that drive customer engagement and sales.

● Ensure all content reflects Sicangu Co’s brand voice, cultural values, and commitment to integrity and innovation.

Position Tiers Tier I: Growth Marketing Analyst (Entry-Level to Mid-Level)

Pay Range: $41,000 – $48,000

Ideal For: Candidates with foundational marketing or data experience who are eager to grow within the Sicangu Co ecosystem.

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business analytics, or related field

● Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

● Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, Adobe, dashboards, and analytics tools

● Understanding of social media insights and/or Google Analytics preferred

● Excellent organizational and communication skills

● Desire to grow into advanced marketing strategy and data roles

Tier II: Growth Marketing Analyst (Experienced Professional)

Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000

Ideal For: Candidates with proven experience leading marketing analytics or business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

● 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business development, or growth strategy

● 4-year degree preferred

● Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard development

● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM or marketing automation tools

● Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer experience, and ROI optimization

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and present insights clearly to leadership PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

● This position is based on the Rosebud Reservation.

● Flexibility to work evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate business needs.

● Work in office and outdoor settings, including office product and propane deliveries, and community events to capture needed content.

● Regular communication, sitting for extended periods (up to 70%), standing for events (3–4 hours), driving, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).

● Travel within the Rosebud community and occasionally to local and national conferences/events.
