Save the Date! The Sicangu Food Sovereignty Initiative team's annual Food Summit is here! For the first time this year, the Summit will take place for one whole extra day! This year, the team invites you to join in on a traditional Tatanka Harvest, teaching about meat processing, raising these relatives with dignity, and appreciating each part of them.

There will also be tons of other stations full of workshops and presentations that focus on skills to develop the wamaskanskan and wozu, as well as activities for the wakanyeja to enjoy as well! A traditional catered meal will be provided for free to all participants.
